Are you a barista or home-brewer interested in a little supplemental training? In this class, we teach you how to taste Espresso Extraction. If you're a home brewer with limited coffee on hand, this class will help you waste less finding that perfect shot. If you're interested in barista competitions, dialing-in quickly is absolutely a necessary skill.

We delve deep what extraction even is, how to dial-in your coffee, and how to pick out flavors to better understand extraction. You already have the equipment (i.e. your tongue!) - you just need a little practice, which is exactly what you’ll find in this class. Expect to leave a little jittery! Better yet, be sure to eat beforehand (bananas and carb-y foods definitely help). Snacks and water will be served.
